Scheduled group departures may be offered on selected programs only when explicitly stated. All other tours are operated as private, tailor-made experiences.

1. Prices & Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated on the individual tour page, tour prices may include:

• Professional licensed tour guides
• Private transportation in air-conditioned vehicles
• Accommodation and meals for licensed guides and drivers during the tour

Tour prices are calculated based on accommodation category, number of travel days, group size, season, and overall itinerary design. Any additional services requested, such as extra nights, upgraded hotels, added destinations, special activities, or changes to the original itinerary, will result in a revised price.

Please always refer to the specific itinerary page or your customized proposal for exact inclusions, services, and final pricing.

2. What’s Not Included

A 15 percent single-room supplement applies for solo travelers who request or require single occupancy accommodations.

3. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or change your tour, written notice must be provided as soon as possible.

Cancellation Charges

Any non-refundable expenses already incurred on your behalf, including but not limited to flight tickets, accommodation deposits, permits, and pre-booked services, will be deducted in all cases.

In addition, the following cancellation charges apply to the remaining tour balance:

  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 30 percent of total tour cost

  • 14 days or less before departure: 100 percent of total tour cost

The initial deposit is non-refundable, except under special circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement, which may be reviewed at the discretion of Experience Anatolia Tours.

Changes to Bookings

Changes to travel dates, accommodations, or services may result in revised pricing. Any additional costs arising from requested changes will be communicated in advance.

Tour Cancellation by Operator

Experience Anatolia Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to operational requirements, safety concerns, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable alternatives or adjustments will be offered where possible.

Required coverage must include, at a minimum, medical expenses, personal accident protection, emergency medical evacuation or repatriation, and emergency transportation services, including air ambulance where applicable.

Experience Anatolia Tours and Explore Anatolia assume no responsibility for medical expenses, evacuation costs, trip interruption, or losses incurred due to the absence or inadequacy of travel insurance. Proof of valid insurance coverage may be requested before or at the start of the tour.

In such situations, itinerary adjustments may be required to ensure traveler safety and continuity of services. Where accommodation changes are necessary, alternative properties of similar or higher standard will be arranged whenever possible.
